DEADWOOD, S.D.----MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMY) announced it has acquired Western Door, Window & Cabinetry Company, Inc. of Sturgis, South Dakota. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The new wholly owned subsidiary brings in-house the purchasing power to buy wholesale doors and hardware, windows, cabinets, countertops, and finish molding directly from the manufacturers as well as brings in-house Western’s Custom Door manufacturing unit.

“This is a key acquisition for MCE and Centiuum’s Lamisteel residential and small commercial building subsidiary. We now will have the ability to cut out the cost of 2 to 3 levels of middlemen that we had to go through in order to purchase our door and window components.”

Tim Algier, Architect and CEO of MC Endeavors, stated, “This is a key acquisition for MCE and Centiuum’s Lamisteel residential and small commercial building subsidiary. We now will have the ability to cut out the cost of 2 to 3 levels of middlemen that we had to go through in order to purchase our door and window components.” Mr. Algier went on to say, “We expect increased growth in the door & window market after being flat over the last 3 years. Western Door should grow into a $3.5M business in 2012 and we expect to help grow that business to almost $20M by 2015 with the design and development contracts that we have already lined up over the next 5 years.”

Brian Fowler, Vice President of Western Door Company, stated, “The merger-acquisition of Western Door into MCE is an excellent marriage. MCE Lamisteel buildings and steel tube wall modules will be manufactured even more economically because it should save MCE 15% to 30% off the cost of what they were paying for those door and window units and we have the ability now to ship containers of doors, windows and cabinets internationally direct from the manufacturers to the job site factories.”
