Masco names VP-Controller
Taylor, Mich. (June 21, 2011) - John Lindow has been appointed vice president-controller at Masco Corporation, the company recently announced. Lindow assumes the role previously held by Bill Anderson and is designated as chief accounting officer at Masco Corporation.

Lindow is a 13-year Masco veteran, most recently serving as vice president-controller, corporate accounting. Prior to that, Lindow was vice president-administration for the plumbing platform. He also served as group controller for various business units at Masco, MascoTech and TriMas. Before coming to Masco, Lindow was controller for Durakon Industries and began his career at the Coopers & Lybrand accounting firm in Detroit.

A certified public accountant, Lindow earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northwood University in Midland, Mich., as well as a master's degree from Northwood's Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management.
