IWF: Bosch presents 4310 10-inch miter saw
Mount Prospect, Ill. – Building off the success of its award-winning predecessor, the 4410, the new 4310 10” dual-bevel sliding miter saw from Bosch Power Tools & Accessories is loaded with category-leading features and specifications. Ideal for woodworkers, finish carpenters, remodelers and others, Bosch’s 4310 packs big-saw performance into a more compact and affordable 10” chassis.

The make-or-break measures of any miter saw are the power and speed to get the job done, and the 4310 delivers. Operating at 4,800 RPM (800 RPM faster than the nearest competitor) and powered by a gutsy 15-amp motor, the Bosch 4310 makes the fastest, smoothest, most powerful cuts of any saw in the category.

In terms of control and comfort, the 4310 employs Bosch’s patented Up-Front Controls. The award-winning feature, first introduced to the category with the launch of the Bosch 4410, means users can adjust, lock/unlock and control every feature of the saw from the front of the tool. Up-Front Controls eliminate the need to reach across the work surface or walk behind the saw to make adjustments. When it’s time to make the cut, the ambidextrous ergonomic trigger handle and clear lower guard keep the user in control of everything.

Not only does the 4310 deliver plenty of power, but it also provides users the adjustability they need to tackle just about any application. Bosch’s new saw is the only one in its class that offers a fully integrated base extension, giving the 4310 the greatest material support capacity of any 10” dual-bevel sliding miter saw. The 4310 is also the only one its class offering users the ability to adjust miter cuts to within a fraction of a degree, thanks to Bosch’s MicroFine Miter Adjustment. Accuracy is further enhanced by the integration of a detent override feature that enhances the accuracy of fractional miter angle cuts.

Ranges and capacities on the 4310 have been intelligently optimized for the jobs most commonly performed on a 10” miter saw –accurate, authoritative cuts in small- to medium-sized trim pieces.

To keep all those measurements precise over time, Bosch’s exclusive cast-in wedge-and-slot miter detents system maintains accuracy over the life of the tool. Also unique to the 4310, the easy-to-read cast and machined fence scales give users an added measure of confidence in every cut.

The final feature users will appreciate? The Bosch 4310 delivers a wealth of pro-level features and performance for only $529. Bosch’s 4310 10” Dual-Bevel Sliding Miter Saw is now available through authorized retailers nationwide.
