ST. LOUIS, MO- idX Corporation, the preeminent manufacturer of consumer environments, has launched a new full-service division in Dayton, OH, with more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and office space.
Heading up idX Dayton as Senior Vice President and General Manager is Dave Mueller, a widely respected industry veteran who joins idX from Hamilton Fixture, where he served as COO. Prior to Hamilton, Mueller was President of Leggett & Platt's Store Fixture unit.
"idX is pleased that Dave has agreed to join us and head our new division," said idX CEO Terry Schultz. "His deep knowledge of the market and industry relationships will be invaluable in the successful launch of idX Dayton."
idX Dayton will employ approximately 150 manufacturing, project management, engineering and administrative personnel, many of whom were previously employed by Creative Cabinet Systems.
The facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art woodworking equipment, enhancing idX's already extensive wood capabilities.

With the launch of this new division, idX Corporation now offers the market more than 2.2 million square feet of manufacturing/warehousing capacity and nearly 1,000 employees in 13 cities around the globe.
