Hollywood, FL - Applications are now being accepted for the A.R.E. Design Awards. Now in its 40th year, this program is the longest-running industry competition offering more media coverage than any other competition of its kind. Click here for a look back at last year's winners.
This year, entry into retail design's premier awards program is easier than ever. With one online account, an applicant can enter multiple projects, save partially completed entries and return to them later, and upload images.
Applicants can enter the Sustainability Awards by itself or answer more questions and add sustainability consideration on to an overall store entry. Specific consideration for store fixtures, visual merchandising, lighting, in-store communications, flooring and wall treatments can be added easily. The Association for Retail Environments is accepting submissions into 16 store and shop categories, plus the seven add-ons, for a total of 23 areas of consideration.
A.R.E. members paid in full qualify for dramatic discounts on entries. Enter by the early bird deadline, Dec. 15, 2010, and save even more. The final deadline is Jan. 15, 2011.
