Dynalog is the name of the software offered by Austrian fittings specialist Blum which makes it easy and simple to plan and order the right Blum fittings. It comprises the Dynaplan cabinet planner, the Dynacat electronic product catalogue and the Dynashop shopping basket. The latest software version includes all of Blum’s product innovations and has been complemented by a new interface with various CAD/CAM programs. In addition to 3D-CAD data, users can now also access 2D-CAD data for hinge, pull-out and lift systems in the most common formats. They can also be easily transferred to furniture manufacturers’ CAD programs. This makes it even easier to plan cabinets. The latest version of Dynalog was presented at interzum 2011.

New user-friendly interface
Thanks to the new interface with CAD/CAM programs, all data calculated in the Dynaplan cabinet planner such as wooden parts, drilled holes and all Blum fittings including inner dividing systems can be simply exported and used for further processing. This means that it is no longer necessary to transfer and position the individual CAD data in the corresponding design program by hand. The 3D cabinets calculated in Dynaplan have all the relevant information and can be combined with worktops, plinths, fronts, handles, etc. in the various CAD programs. The cutting dimensions and fixing positions of the fittings are all calculated automatically. The integrated collision check means that time-consuming trial applications are not needed. In other words, Dynalog by Blum makes it easy to plan and order innovative fittings.
