Biesse to host fall event in Charlotte, NC.
Charlotte, NC – Biesse America and Intermac America, the leading manufacturers of high-tech machinery and systems for wood, glass and stone, will be holding their fall One2One event at their headquarters in Charlotte, NC Wednesday 27th, Thursday, October 28th and Friday, October 29th 2010.

One2One events offer visitors the opportunity to get up to speed on the latest developments in the industry with live machine demonstrations, interactive workshops and expert tours and seminars. The Fall 2010 One2One event in Charlotte will showcase a trade-show caliber selection of Biesse’s newest and most popular machinery and systems, and feature exclusive One2One only pricing specials for attendees.

Many machines from the Biesse line will be under power including several from Biesse’s all new Gantry Line of routers. The Gantry Line is designed to meet the needs of the North American market and will be represented in Charlotte with the new, compact Klever 408, the Rover AG FT, and the heavy duty Rover G. The Gantry line offers shops of all sizes advanced technological solutions with features such as Smart Vacuum Technology (SVT), error-free labeling of parts, and an eco-friendly design capable of reducing equipment operating costs.

Many additional Biesse machines will also be on display in the showroom including Roxyl and Stream single sided edgebanders, a Skipper machining center for boring and routing, an EB Twin Pusher panel saw, the Elix K3 for dowel insertion, a Randomat-E random length end matcher for flooring and cabinet rails, a selection of Regal sanders, and a Rover C Edge for routing, drilling and edgebanding of contoured panels.

For glass and stone customers, Intermac will demo their Visual Camera Tool Presetter System on a Master 33 work center. When combined with the machine’s Rotary Tool Change system, the options provide tooling setups while the machining center is in continuous operation, providing more production uptime for the user while requiring less setup time. All Master Series CNC work centers perform carving, cutting, drilling, edging, engraving, grinding, inlaying, milling, polishing, profiling, sawing and writing.

Diamut, a leading producer of diamond tools for glass and stone, will also utilize the Master 33 to perform live demonstrations of their CNC HyS (Hyper Speed) line of tooling. Diamut will also feature several additional tool offerings including their new lines of finger bits for both glass and stone and complete line offerings for straight line polishing machines and single edger machinery.

In addition to the Master 33, Intermac will also feature the Marmo Meccanica 711M at the One2One event. The 711M is designed for creating eased edges of natural stone and quartz products up to 6 cm thickness using an inline machine, and is engineered to be capable of large production volumes while consuming minimal floor space.

One2One visitors will also be able to take a full tour of the facilities for Biesse Exchange, Biesse’s used machinery division, and take part in an open Q&A session on details to consider when buying, selling, or trading in used machinery.
