Bernhardt Hospitality names Boren project/product development manager
LENOIR, NC - Bill Boren has been named project and product development manager of Bernhardt Hospitality, a division of Bernhardt Furniture.

Boren was most recently vice president of domestic operations for American of Martinsville / Barcalounger. Prior to that, Boren served as general manager of import operations at Schnadig International, and vice president of corporate quality/imports at Riverside Furniture.

The company said Boren will focus on Bernhardt Hospitality operations, resources, quality assurance, and direct interface with hotel management and designers.

Steve Mulherin, national accounts manager for Bernhardt Hospitality said Boren “will help provide direction and guidance as we grow Bernhardt Hospitality into a major player in the hospitality industry. We are committed to becoming a leader in the hospitality marketplace, just as Bernhardt Furniture and Bernhardt Design are leaders in their markets.”

Bernhardt Hospitality, which debuted in May 2009, provides fashionable furniture for hotel guestrooms and public spaces, competitively priced and meeting industry quality and durability standards.

Bernhardt has been crafting fine furniture since 1889. The company produces a broad line of quality upholstered and wood furniture for the residential, office, and hospitality markets. With seven facilities in Western North Carolina and five offices overseas, Bernhardt employs more than 1000 people in the U.S. and abroad.
