ST. MICHAEL, BARBADOS--Contractors, developers, architects, and engineers from across the Caribbean will be gathering in Barbados this week to learn about the most advanced green building products and technologies from Canada.
Some 30 Canadian companies will be showcasing their environmental and sustainable building solutions for insulating high performance buildings, improving energy efficiency, managing moisture, and many other applications.
One of the major attractions at the event will be Alexandria Moulding, Canada's largest wood moulding manufacturer and also North America's leading manufacturer-direct retail marketer and distributor of mouldings. Alexandria is known for its innovative and eco-friendly products.
The event is being hosted by the High Commission of Canada in Barbados and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and media are invited to attend:
