ZOW Moscow 2014 – New Dates, New Location

The international ZOW fair for suppliers to the furniture and interior design industry in Moscow will be staged in the springtime starting next year. The show will be open to visitors for the first time at its new location at Mosexpo on May 12th - 15th. The changes will make ZOW Moscow even more attractive and create significant opportunities for further development. The Fidexpo furniture show will take place in parallel, which is an added advantage for exhibitors and visitors.

ZOW Moscow 2014 – New Dates, New LocationZOW will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in Russia in 2013. This supply industry business event organized by Clarion Events Deutschland and Restec Exhibition is now firmly established and has become an indispensable fixture on

the Russian furniture market calendar. The limitations of the previous location have become increasingly evident in recent years as the event has continued to grow. “ZOW is generating greater demand and we have a significant need to expand.

We now have the opportunity to move to a new location in Hall 75 (one of the most modern in Moscow) at the Mosexpo Exhibition Centre on Mira Prospect,” explained Show Director Pavel Tolypin.

Perfect timing in the Russian furniture industry's initial sample cycle

The event is now taking place at the ideal time as well as the ideal location. This is the last year that ZOW will be staged in the autumn (November 18th – 22nd, 2013). The new dates (May 12th – 15th, 2014) will ensure that the industry has the 4 – 6 month lead time it requires to develop new furniture products which make use of the supply items, components and services which will be on display at ZOW. The finished models and one-of-a-kind items will then be ready for viewing by the Russian public at furniture shows catering to the B2C segment the following November.

Side-by-side with the UBM Fidexpo furniture show

At the same time and location, UBM which is one of the world’s largest trade show organizers will be staging the Fidexpo furniture show which has high visibility in the

Russian market. The profiles of the two events complement each other perfectly. With the new dates and location, ZOW which concentrates solely on the supply industry, will be the leading event of its kind in the Russian market. The head start which exhibitors and visitors will get for the coming business year will pay dividends.

Moscow is Russia’s capital city and the center of the country's furniture industry. ZOW's presence there ensures its long-term status as a top trade show brand for suppliers that want to gain access to the rapidly growing Russian furniture market. There is nothing standing in the way of the continuing ZOW success story in Russia.
