Mooresville, N.C. – Weinig USA today announced Mr. Bret Hopper will return to his previous role as Manager of Weinig’s Systems Solutions Division.

Mr. Hopper joined Weinig as Engineering Manager for Systems in 1995, helping drive the Division’s solid wood material handling products and rough mill system solutions to the top of the industry. Hopper doubled the size of the Systems Division during his term, adding and training four additional engineers in the ten years under his watch.

In 2005 he joined the Weinig sales force, further increasing the awareness and exposure of the custom engineering and design capabilities offered by Weinig.

“Being a part of the sales network for the past eight years gives me a frontline perspective of how to better serve our customers” Hopper says. “And now in returning to the management of our Systems Division, I look forward to developing that experience into unique competitive advantages for our customers.”

The demand for the Weinig Systems Solutions Group has grown tremendously in recent years, thanks especially to the performance of the Dimter, Raimann, and Luxscan brands. Hopper looks to further capitalize on the growth. “The engineering, design, and performance from the Weinig Group factories are a huge asset and a great head-start for every system integration. At the end of the day, our customers benefit from a single source supplier with the talent and competence to manage these projects turn-key.”
