The first-ever, WCA Midwest region in-service for educators, was held at Madison College on Friday, October 25th. Educators from Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin attended. Dave Eubanks of Independent Machinery and Service & Repair gave an excellent presentation on machine maintenance. Tom Martin of WI Department of Public Instruction facilitated a wonderful noontime dialogue about partnering with SkillsUSA. Madison College instructor Jeff Molzahn provided a demonstration on sawing logs, and AWI-Wisconsin and WCA co-sponsored lunch. Bessey clamps and Aquacote provided door prizes and product samples for the attendees. Congratulations also to our newest group of Woodwork Career Alliance (WCA) evaluators:
