BRAKEL-ERKEIN, GERMANY -- Vauth-Sagel is underpinning the successful business activity of the past few years and the growth strategy of the future by expanding its management team. On Dec. 1, 2011, Dirk Eiynck will assume the newly created position of head of product management & marketing. Building on his many years of experience in the furniture supply industry, Eiynck will be responsible for the innovative capacity of the broad product range, for implementing individual customer projects and for the global public image of Vauth-Sagel.
“To continue to sustain past growth, we must acquire and keep competent people with industry experience for our company”, says Managing Director Claus Sagel, explaining the staff reinforcement in product management & marketing. Over the past few years, Vauth-Sagel has established a comprehensive and effective management team linked directly to the owner-run company management. “In the newly created position, Eiynck will lead the entire marketing team and bundle our product competence. Based on his character and industry experience, we expect an increase in our innovative capacity, more direct dialogue with our customers and new in-centives for our global public image”, says Sagel.
Eiynck’s tasks will not be concentrated solely on the furniture and kitchen furniture industry. Because of the restructuring of the company, in future, there will be an increased focus on implementing material competence in the areas of steel, wire, sheet metal, wood and plastic in cus-tomer dialogue – and this will also apply to the automotive, caravanning and medical/ care industries. “Dirk Eiynck can build on a well-established team of experienced employees. Together, over the coming months and years, they will provide clear incentives and provide our clients with an understanding of the extensive competencies of the Vauth-Sagel group throughout the world. In this process, we do not want to blindly offer our bouquet of possibilities but to precisely combine the flowers and grasses to suit the individual taste and requirement of the client in question”, says Sagel, describing his concept for customer dialogue.
Before changing to Vauth-Sagel, the graduate engineer Eiynck was employed for 14 years in a similar position at a renowned surfaces specialist. Eiynck will bring his many years of international industry experience to his new position and, together with his team, profitably im-plement this know-how for Vauth-Sagel.
The owner-run family company develops and manufactures innovative storage space systems for the kitchen and furniture industry as well as system components of various materials for the medical/care, automotive, and caravanning sectors. In this area, Vauth-Sagel excels particularly due to its many years of material expertise in wire, steel, sheet metal, wood and plastic. Around 600 employees develop and manufacture 85 million quality products each year.
