Even standard melamine coated panels can have a high quality, high gloss surface quite simply and cost effectively – without intensive pre-treatment such as sanding, simply off the shelf and into the HotCoating line. The result: a high gloss surface in the high end sector with impressive surface smoothness and depth effect – HotCoating’s excellent adhesion to melamine surfaces, surface smoothing with special process technology, and structured surfaces make it possible. Even texturing melamine surfaces (e.g. mini pearl) is not an issue in the HotCoating process.

Therefore highest gloss levels, top results concerning the feel and scratch resistance with an economical cost/benefit calculation along with a sustainable processing technology in comparison to standard lacquer processes are all compelling arguments.
