SOUTH ATTLEBORO, MA – TriMark USA, LLC President & CEO, Jerry Hyman, has announced a number of organizational changes.

Mark Fishman has been promoted to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of TriMark USA. In his new role, Fishman will oversee corporate marketing and IT, as well as spearhead efforts to leverage synergies between all TriMark Divisions.

Prior to this appointment, Mark Fishman spent thirty-three years at TriMark SS Kemp, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, and served as the Division’s President for the past nineteen.

Tom Wienclaw has been promoted to President of TriMark SS Kemp. Wienclaw joined the Division in 2004 as CFO and later took on greater operational responsibilities as the General Manager and CFO.

Steve Fishman was named TriMark USA’s Corporate Vice President of Vendor Programs. In addition to his responsibilities as TriMark SS Kemp’s Executive Vice President, Fishman will continue to manage all vendor programs on behalf of TriMark USA.
