SOUTH ATTLEBORO, MA – TriMark USA, LLC President & CEO, Jerry Hyman, announced today the acquisition of Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation headquartered in Coppell, TX.

Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation was originally formed in 2000 through the merger of six equipment and supply distributors, all of whom had previously been closely held, and in most cases, second-generation family businesses. The company has become a leader in the foodservice industry by delivering customized solutions for customers across the foodservice spectrum with a high level of service, passion, integrity, innovation and consistency.
