Surteco's interzum Debut: Solutions for All Surfaces

Just like Formula 1: The perfect interplay of all Surteco experts implements uniform decor solutions for all surfaces.Cologne – One Stop Solution: the members of the Surteco Group present their combined strength at Interzum 2015. And this means: solutions with the same decor, perfectly matched – from the surface to the edging, from floor to ceiling. Service for customers is a top priority for matching decors. The Surteco network ensures that customers receive solutions in superlative quality, irrespective of whether they want surfaces based on thermoplastic or paper materials.

The exhibition stand has floor space of around 600 square metres and demonstrates the new, enhanced corporate image of the Surteco Group. The Group is a powerful, single unit which offers solutions for its customers in an integrated network. The stand architecture has been developed by analogy with this concept. It is organized on the basis of target groups and not focused on the individual companies of the Surteco Group. Square spaces are positioned around the open-plan piazza as pit stops themed on the topics of “Architecture”, “Furniture”, “Interior”, “Technology” and “Service” with joint exhibits from the Surteco companies. On the basis of the concept “One Stop Design Solutions”, customers can have a pit stop in the various thematic worlds. There they can make the most of the “One Stop Service” and the pooled design and surface expertise of all the members of the Surteco Group.

Pit stop 1: Design Match offers design opportunities for architects

Architects, property fitting specialists and interior designers can get information at the “Architecture” pit stop about Design Match and the design expertise of the Surteco Group. Innovations in flooring, doors, edgebandings and surface textures are on show, as well as innovations with digital printing.

Pit stop 2: Furniture in perfect harmony

Furniture plays the main role at the “Furniture” Stop. Visitors are able to marvel at the harmonious interplay of Surteco products made from a range of different materials and incorporated into furniture. Light shades creating a Nordic impression of Scandinavia are the focus of attention for wood colours. They are typical of the “to be” trend which Surteco has formulated in its Trend Statement 2015.

Pit stop 3: Edging and surface meld together

Sections of furniture such as front panels, doors and drawers are presented at the “Interior” Stop. Visitors can experience the perfect interplay of edgings and surfaces here. Modern combinations of different materials, colours and species of wood complete the picture. This pit stop was designed in the spirit of the “related” trend which showcases dark woods.

Pit stop 4: Technical innovations

The Surteco companies demonstrate their innovative powers at the “Technology” Stop. They present new technical developments such as abrasion-resistant and antimicrobial surfaces, mica effects, Polytop and Fusion Edge. The full potential of digital printing is also demonstrated here. Surteco has a long track record of market maturity in this technique.

Pit stop 5: Service!

Superlative service focused on the needs of the customer is an important principle at the Surteco Group. The Group features its stock programmes in this “Service” Stop, for example the “Speed Collection” and the “Instant Edging Programme”. These services offer short delivery times and small batch sizes.

Pit stop 6: Creative powerhouse Süddekor Art

The “Süddekor Art” Stop presents inspiring ideas for future designs rather than complete collections. Initial designs and layouts provide highlights and may form the platform for future decors developed in cooperation with customers.
