Based in the Miami, Florida office, Hastings is responsible for delivering revenue and yield results throughout Florida, developing clients and selling the company’s services and products in a variety of channels.

Prior to joining Stuart Dean, Hastings served as co-owner of The Wood Doctors, LLC, a commercial architectural wood refinishing and restoration company based in Washington, D.C. Prior to this, he was vice president and partner of Innovative Facilities Solutions, Inc., a veteran-owned business that handles property, facility and construction management in Alexandria, VA. He also served as president and owner of Hastings Architectural Restoration Inc., a metal, stone and wood restoration and maintenance company serving Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.; and as president of American Petroleum Inc. Hastings graduated with honors from Piney Point U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and is currently pursuing a degree in theology with Liberty University.
