DULUTH, GA - Spring has sprung, and SCM Group is a flurry with a number of events throughout the season.

The largest and most significant of these, The Home Event, will be held in the SCM Group Rimini factories and showrooms, April 10-15, 2014. The Home Event provides a comprehensive showcase of the vast selection of solutions and technologies SCM Group offers its customers, representatives, and distributors. In combination with The Home Event, SCM Group will offer four themed tech tours focusing on furniture, windows and doors, housing, and craftsman solutions. Each tech tour will feature meetings with experts, visits to SCM Group factories and customer production sites.

Locally, SCM Group distributors are following suit, and opening their showrooms to customers interested in SCM Group machinery. SCM Group distributor, Professional Machinery Group, will host their Spring Open House, April 8- 9, 2014 in their California showroom. The Professional Machinery Group open house will feature SCM nested-based machining centers, panel processing cell demonstrations, cabinet door, and dovetail drawer demonstrations, as well as software seminars.

In the Southeast, SCM Group distributor, J&G Machinery, is hosting their Cabinet Door Expo, April 29-30, 2014 at their North Carolina facility. This J&G Machinery event will feature live SCM Group machinery demonstrations, informative seminars about ripping, crosscutting, shaping, coping, assembly, and sanding, and hands-on overview of both basic and high production work cells.

Spring will reach Wisconsin by early May, just in time for our SCM Group Lunch & Learn, May 8, 2014. This SCM Group event will start at Fox Valley Technical College and conclude with a local customer visit in Appleton, Wisconsin. The Lunch & Learn features hands-on SCM Group machinery demonstrations, as well as demonstrations by software and tooling industry-leaders.
