MEDLEY, FL — Tiger Remarketing Services is auctioning state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, along with an array of tools, vehicles, office furniture and other former assets of cabinet-maker Regal Kitchens, in an online only sale at www.SoldTiger.com. Bidding is now underway and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on October 17th beginning at 10:30 a.m. (EST).
“Regal Kitchens made kitchen cabinetry for half a century, and the scope and scale of its metro Miami manufacturing facility was significant, with an installation cost of an estimated $5 million,” noted Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger Remarketing Services, which acquired Regal Kitchen’s assets following a foreclosure by PNC Bank. “The diverse assets available in this sale represent a great opportunity, not only for large-scale manufacturers with specific M&E requirements, but also for general contractors, construction companies, offices and other businesses.”
The sale preview will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., October 15th and 16th , at 8600 NW South River Dr. in Medley, Fla. Among the lots available at auction are state-of-the-art pieces of machinery and equipment from Regal Kitchens’ CNC automatic cabinet-assembly line, including boring and hardware-inserting machines, an automatic glue applicator, a four-station, rotary cabinet-assembly clamp, and various conveyers and lifts. Other CNC equipment includes Homag edge banders, Biesse, Northwood and SCMI routers, along with point-to-point machining centers, a drilling/gluing/dowel machine, Selco and Giben panel saws, and a Belstrini Renzo mortiser.
The general woodworking equipment available at auction includes additional edge banders, a feed-through posiformer, and dowel/drilling/sawing/inserting/gluing machines, along with other drilling machines, auto-routers, grooving machines, edge finishers, a dovetailer, and various clamps and saws (miter, table, radial, arbor and band). In addition to the factory’s lamination and adhesion equipment and dust collectors, the auction features a wide variety of lots related to material handling and plant support, as well as vehicles. These include vacuum and scissor lifts, forklifts, air-compressors, strapping machines, arc welders, sanders and drill presses, a box truck and nine trailers, along with tools, tables, a paint booth and electrical equipment.
The office furniture and equipment consists of executive desks, chairs, cubicles, file cabinets, storage cabinets, network and server equipment, routers, switches, hubs, notebook and desktop computers, printers, a phone system and more.
