HICKORY, N.C., Sept. 1, 2011 -- The RPM Wood Finishes Group, a leading manufacturer of wood coatings and touch-up and repair products, today announced that it has acquired Fuhr Industrial, a provider of waterborne wood coating products and technologies based in Mansfield, TX. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
