Available in cut-to-size components, RAUVISIO enables high-end kitchen and bath design aesthetics at lower cost and no investment in equipment. RAUVISIO brilliant™ High-Gloss Surfaces

RAUVISIO brilliant™ high-gloss surfaces have a color-matched acrylic top layer that enhances color vibrancy and UV resistance. The laminate, balancing sheet and edgeband are perfectly matched to each other, producing a high-quality finished board. The aesthetic appeal of this high-gloss laminate is enhanced with REHAU’s innovative LaserEdgeTM, an adhesive-free edging technology producing a completely seam-free finish.

RAUVISIO crystal™ Glass-Design Surfaces

RAUVISIO crystal™ glass-design surfaces provide the elegance of real glass in a lightweight, scratch- and impact-resistant polymer that can be cut and drilled during installation. Fabricated with the laser-compatible Visions™ Duo-Design edgeband, RAUVISIO crystal achieves a convincing glass-top design, recognized by the interzum award 2013 for its high product quality.

Both products are available in finished, cut-to-size components for cabinet doors and drawer fronts and are produced to order in 13 colors from stock. RAUVISIO is heat, moisture and UV-resistant for a surface solution that provides lasting color quality in a seam-free, high-gloss finish.

RAUVISIO can also be ordered as individual matching components (laminate, balancing sheet and edgeband) or pressed boards PUR-laminated in a clean room for a flawless effect. RAUVISIO edgebands can be applied using standard edgebanders with traditional adhesive or further processed into LaserEdge, which is applied using the latest laser or hot air edgebanders for a seam-free board.

Metallic and Glass Tambour Door Systems

Completing the modern look of high-gloss surfaces are the premium glass and metallic design elements of REHAU’s Vetro Line and Metallic Line Tambour Door Systems. Tambour doors offer significant advantages in terms of function and design. Available from stock in several sizes, the Vetro Line offers the look of pure glass with heat-tempered material resistant to breaking and scratching. The pre-configured cassette system is easy to install, requiring only a few screws to secure in place.

REHAU’s exclusive Metallic Line tambour cabinet roller shutter system combines the smoothness of polymer shutters with the high-quality look and feel of solid aluminum or stainless steel surfaces. Available from the Express Collection in 20 and 25 mm designs, the Metallic Line features individual slats connected with REHAU’s patented soft hinge for years of quiet, effortless operation.
