Plum Creek Names Mark A. Miller as Vice President, CIO

SEATTLE - Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc.today announced that Mark Miller has been named as vice president and chief information officer. Miller will lead the company's information technology team and the services it provides to the company.

"Technology helps drive Plum Creek's innovative timber and land management businesses," said Rick Holley, president and chief executive officer. "This is an important role and we are pleased to have Mark's expertise."

Miller's professional career encompasses over 20 years in enterprise technology management, including serving as information technology director with Weyerhaeuser and with Microsoft. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Equarius, a professional services firm.

Miller received a degree in computer science and economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
