Farmington, NY - Pioneer Millworks’ team of leading Wood Experts will travel to New Orleans for the 2014 Greenbuild Expo, the premier sustainable building annual event. They’ll join more than 750 suppliers and top manufacturers of the latest green building equipment, products, services and technology available in today’s market.
Wood Experts from all regions of the nation will be available for meetings, lunch and learns, local project walk-throughs and conversation. “Our team is excited to connect with clients, new and known. During the Expo we’ll reinvigorate our commitment to sustainability and reconnect with other like-minded, eco conscious folks,” said Jennifer Young, General Manager of Pioneer Millworks.
This year Greenbuild will take place at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans with the Expo running from 9am-5:30pm on October 22-23, and the Conference from October 22-24. Pioneer Millworks will be located at booth #2954 near the Wood Pavilion.
Pioneer Millworks’ new exhibit showcases a variety of the reclaimed wood species and finishes available. They will be premiering their newest line of reclaimed wood: Teak salvaged from Indonesia in a way that’s healthy for the people of Indonesia, customers, and the planet. A range of grades of this exotic species from original rough surfaces to wire brushed, smooth, and painted will be on display. 1% of the sales of reclaimed Teak will be donated to an Indonesian charity.
“Demand has always been high for this exotic hardwood species and after years of research and investing we’re happy to offer responsibly sourced Reclaimed Teak,” continued Young. “We’re excited to feature it at Greenbuild. In addition we’re offering our partners and friends complimentary tickets to give them the opportunity to experience and enjoy the Expo.” If you’d like a complimentary ticket from Pioneer Millworks to attend the Greenbuild Expo, fill out the online form here.
