NEUMARKT-- In the context of restructuring and realigning the entire organizational structure of Pfleiderer AG, the company is reducing the number of executive board positions. The contract of service of Pawel Wyrzykowski has been terminated by mutual consent as of Oct. 17, 2011. Wyrzykowski was in charge of Business Center Eastern Europe, Panels North America and Business Center Flooring Europe. He will continue to serve the company in an advisory function.

The contract of service of Heiko Graeve, who held executive board responsibility as CFO, will also be terminated by mutual consent as of Oct. 17, 2011.

The Supervisory Board thanks Wyrzykowski and Graeve for their commitment and involvement in the orientation of the Pfleiderer Group in recent years, and for their constantly good and loyal work.

The tasks of Wyrzykowski and Graeve will be performed by the other members of the executive board, Hans H. Overdiek (chairman) and Hans-Joachim Ziems.
