Kent, Wash. - Oliver’s new line of EDGE BANDERS fit the needs of the medium to high production shop. For thin or soft PVC up to 2mm, Oliver uses a guillotine style cut for the front and rear end cuts. The advantage over saw blades is longevity of the knife, quieter running and the ability to feed panels closer together for higher production. For thicker tape or tape over 2mm, the machine uses saw blades for the end cuts. Many configurations are offered including pre-milling, corner rounding, buffing, edge scraping and grooving. Contact Oliver Machinery for more details and options on these high quality edge banding options. These machines will be featured at IWF booth 7035.
