Revised for 2014, the Element Credenza is now offered with leather drawer fronts.

AUBURN, ME – Moser Contract unveils new introductions that add functionality and beauty to workspaces of all kinds. Some have been designed in collaboration with project architects and others in the Thos. Moser shop - each offers an ability to be specified for a number of various project types, whether it is corporate, educational, civic, or hospitality. Due to their ability to adapt, these new introductions are perfectly suited for flexible and different work environments. As stated in the Gensler 2013 Design Forecast “A mobile and collaborative workforce requires new ways to team and connect. Our research shows that as much as 50 percent of the workplace should support collaboration and interaction. All this suggests opportunities for a new generation of products that facilitate the different modes of work that need to coexist in the workspace.”

Award Winning Element Collection - Expanded

The Element Collection, designed by the company’s director of design & product development, Adam Rogers, has been expanded to include an Element Credenza with leather-wrapped drawer fronts, and an all-new Element Bookcase, available in in two standard sizes or customizable to suit almost any environment. The Credenza can also multi-task as a filing cabinet, freestanding credenza, desk return, or even as a buffet. All are crafted of solid wood components, utilizing traditional joinery techniques, and adhere to the classically unadorned forms expected from Thos. Moser. Other items in the Collection include a work surface in the form of a desk or table, coffee table, hall table and a bench. The company will be giving away an Element Bookcase to one lucky visitor at NeoCon 2014, being held June 9-11 in Chicago.

The Pacific Chair

Designed to complement and augment the aesthetics of nearly any environment, the Pacific Chair is available in either an upholstered or natural wood seat and comes in an armless task chair version and also as a guest chair with arms. Employing the traditional craftsmanship for which Thos. Moser is known, the Pacific Chair pairs influences from ancient Japanese forms with modern western lines to arrive at a simple, functional form that firmly embraces the Thos. Moser aesthetic. Built of sustainably harvested North American Hardwoods, the Pacific Chair meets the company’s high standards for construction and reinforces over forty years of commitment to a healthy environment. Depending on the wood species selected, the Pacific Chair is available in several finishes, each designed to withstand the rigors of regular use.
