“I really try to take my time with each design and figure out what will work best. I like to give my customers options. I don't want to just come in, rush through an appointment, sketch something out and then try to pressure them into purchasing”, says Langley.

Langley also believes it’s important to stay in contact with her clients during the entire process, including after installation. “I like to stay in touch, to see how my clients are doing and make sure that the design I’ve created for them is meeting all of their needs and expectations. Developing and maintaining relationships is essential for great customer service and overall satisfaction” she adds.
