Washington, DC - Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design has awarded Closet Factory designer Michelle Langley the Best of Houzz in Customer Satisfaction Award.

Langley of Closet Factory Receives Best of Houzz 2014 AwardThe Best of Houzz award is given in two categories: Customer Satisfaction and Design. Customer Satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2013.

“Houzz provides homeowners with the most comprehensive view of home building, remodeling and design professionals, empowering them to find and hire the right professional to execute their vision,” said Liza Hausman, vice president of community for Houzz. “We’re delighted to recognize Michelle Langley among our “Best Of” professionals for customer satisfaction as judged by our community of homeowners and design enthusiasts who are actively remodeling and decorating their homes.”

Langley of Closet Factory Receives Best of Houzz 2014 AwardLangley says the secret to great customer service is rooted in acute attention to detail.

“I really try to take my time with each design and figure out what will work best. I like to give my customers options. I don't want to just come in, rush through an appointment, sketch something out and then try to pressure them into purchasing”, says Langley.

Langley also believes it’s important to stay in contact with her clients during the entire process, including after installation. “I like to stay in touch, to see how my clients are doing and make sure that the design I’ve created for them is meeting all of their needs and expectations. Developing and maintaining relationships is essential for great customer service and overall satisfaction” she adds.

Client satisfaction is at the heart of every Closet Factory project, which is what makes each design truly custom and built around a person’s needs. Closet Factory creates completely custom organization solutions, and in order to do that client service always must comes first.

“I am truly honored to receive such a prestigious award and pledge to continue providing outstanding service”, says Langley.
