The Supervisory Board of Michael Weinig AG informs that Mr. Stephan Weber is not any more member of the Weinig Management Board as CSO. Wolfgang Pöschl, CEO, will take over the assignments of Mr. Weber until the appointment of a new CSO.

Since January 1st, 2011 Mr. Weber has been responsible in a dynamic market environment for the sales of the Weinig Group worldwide. Michael Weinig AG thanks Mr. Weber for his achievements at Weinig. The Management Board consists of Mr. Wolfgang Pöschl and Mr. Gerald Schmidt (CFO).
