ST. LOUIS – Merric Millwork and Seating recently completed a project to handcraft and install lobby casework, cabinets, millwork trim/panels, seating, registration desks and restroom vanities as well as guestroom millwork features for a new, four-story Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wentzville, MO.

Merric's scope of work on the project included providing the following for the new hotel's public space/lobby areas:

· Registration and concierge desks

· Business center

· Quick print and wall-mounted casework

· Focal wall with 3-form centerpiece

· Market casework

· TV niche with wood paneling surround

· Coffee station

· Buffet

· Trash/recycle cabinets

· Lobby trimwork

· Workroom casework

· Meeting room casework

· Breakroom casework

· Lounge bench seat and wall

· Restroom vanities

Merric's scope of work for the guestrooms included:

· Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) vanity casework

· Stained veneer suite soffits for 23 king suites

The project was completed in December 2013. Midas Hospitality of St. Louis, MO was the project developer with Killian Construction of Springfield, MO serving as the general contractor on the project. The new hotel is located at 130 Crossroads South Drive in Wentzville, MO.
