Gloss level of 90 points (measuring angle 60 degrees) can be produced with one application without interim sanding including.

Depending on specifications, e.g. in flooring, abrasion resistance up to AC5 can be achieved with a relatively low coat weight in addition to high impact resistance, transparent or color effect through pigmentation. The universal adhesion to decorative papers, digitally printed surfaces or wood allows for diverse and individual applications and design possibilities.

Depending on use, the HotCoating process offers savings of up to approx. 30% in comparison to the standard lacquer process.

Additional topics include PUR hotmelt adhesives for transparent foil lamination with extremely high initial strength, further developments for three dimensional high gloss foil lamination with polyurethane based dispersion adhesives from the Supratherm series as well as PUR hotmelt adhesives for edge banding with no joint and highest heat and moisture resistance.
