KING PLASTIC'S KING DURASTYLE CABINET DOOR FABRICATION PROGRAM

NORTH PORT, FL - King Plastic Corporation, a leading manufacturer of polymer sheets, slabs and massive shapes, is introducing King DuraStyle–a new CNC door and panel fabrication program designed to help cabinet makers and installers take advantage of new opportunities in polymer cabinets.

Polymer cabinets are used in a range of applications from elegant outdoor kitchens to commercial, medical and wet-area installations, and King StarBoard ST is a leading polymer sheet product in this category. The King DuraStyle program puts precision door and panel fabrication within reach of cabinet makers who either don't have the resources to fabricate the doors or don’t want to mix polymer waste into their wood waste stream.

For door manufacturers who want to do their own door fabrication, King Plastic offers extensive fabrication instructions, videos and technical support to its customers.

King StarBoard ST is a 25% stronger version of the high-density polymer sheet, King StarBoard, the original marine-grade polymer sheet used in boats and yachts for decades.

“King DuraStyle combines our environmentally stabilized sheet with designer styles and state-of-the-art CNC fabrication,” said Jeff King, president of King Plastic Corporation. “Because our products work like wood, it is easy for cabinet makers to fabricate their own cabinet boxes. Now they have a way to easily order elegant doors and take advantage of growing customer demand.”

King DuraStyle door choices combine the most popular inside and outside profiles into one basic, six standard and two premium design choices. Custom door profiles and custom CNC engraving are also available.

King StarBoard ST doors, panels and sheets are available in black, mocha brown, evergreen, everglade, charcoal gray, dolphin gray, sanshade, seafoam, and white. Custom colors are available with minimum order. Products made from King StarBoard ST are made to last a lifetime and highly resistant to humidity, moisture and repeated cleanings. They will never need painting or refinishing and will not warp, rot or delaminate.

King StarBoard ST is also available with King MicroShield antimicrobial additive, which is added to the polymer compound during the sheet manufacturing process.

“King DuraStyle makes it easy for cabinet makers to order the finished panels their customers want, receive them promptly, and learn what they need to know to add polymer cabinets to their existing wood cabinet business,” King added.
