InventHelp Inventor Develops Convenient Household Furniture

Pittsburgh - Looking for a better way to accommodate guests while you're entertaining? Look no further than the Flipbed.

Developed by an inventor from Citrus Heights, Calif., the furniture ensures that additional seating is available. The unit creates a more social environment that makes individuals more comfortable while watching TV, playing games or chatting.

The design provides foot support while lying down. It is ideal for use in households, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted-living centers, and elsewhere. In addition, the device is producible in different sizes and colors.

The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I wanted to have more seating available when I had company over so that we could watch TV, play video games or just sit around and talk comfortably," he said. "This inspired me to invent this piece of furniture."

The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
