MONTREAL - Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.B, DII.A.) today announced that Richard Markee has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors in order to focus on his personal business interests. Mr. Markee has been a director of Dorel since 2008. The resignation takes effect June 30 th.
