WICHITA, KS — Custom Cupboards announces the appointment of Bill Speights to the position of Vice President of Sales. Speights focus will be leading both the sales and customer service team.

Speights has more than 20 years experience in the cabinet and home improvement industries including several leadership positions for Elkay and Masco. He most recently worked as Regional Sales Manager for Lennox Industries, an HVAC service company.

“Bill brings an excellent record of leadership and building highly effective teams that are focused on helping customers succeed,” said Mael Hernandez, President of Custom Cupboards. “He recognizes our core values and will do a great job of enhancing our products and programs in order to help our partners grow their businesses.”

Speights holds a Masters of Business Management degree from Colorado State University and is the founder of the liveBIG Fund, which is a non-profit organization focused on giving back to the community by providing and supporting outdoor activity opportunities for youths.
