North Little Rock, AR - Custom Aircraft Cabinets (CAC), manufacturers of high-quality cabinetry and upholstered products for high-end aircraft interiors, recently doubled the fabrication capacities at the 146,000 square foot Sherwood, Arkansas facility. The CAC Fabrication Department consists of a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, and is dedicated solely to supplying build-ready components to both the cabinet and upholstery shops.

The CAC Fabrication Department is equipped to provide precision routing, edge-fill operations and insert production, maximizing efficiencies throughout the facility. Recently, CAC added a Multi-Purpose Series, 3-Axis M43-510 CNC Router in addition to the current Thermwood 3-Axis M45-510 CNC Router.

Co-owners Mike Gueringer and Paul Reesnes stated, “We realized that our manufacturing efficiencies are dependent on precise, ready-to-assemble components. The addition of the second Thermwood 3-axis CNC Router provides us much improved downstream capacity and it immediately gives us superior flexibility in both quality and flow time.”

They continued, “At CAC, we constantly strive for uncompromised quality in our delivered products, and this is the next step to insure our ultimate goal…unmatched Customer Satisfaction.”

Since 1989, CAC has been manufacturing and delivering superb quality, custom furniture and upholstered products for high-end aircraft cabin interiors. Working over the years with various OEM’s and completion centers, CAC has become known for exceptional quality both in product delivery and after-sales service.
