MILWAUKEE, WI -- Contemporary Pull (CP), an innovative hardware line created to complete the look of a modern room design, will begin the New Year with a bang by appearing at the KBIS 2015 Show, Jan. 20-22, 2015 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Contemporary Pull has also been selected as one of eight exhibitors that will take part in an exclusive VIP media tour to meet with a curated group of press prior to the official show opening. Registered media includes, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Architizer, Kitchen + Bath Business, Hearst Design Group, Design Tourist, Veranda, Elle Décor, Consumer Reports and more.

“We continue to be honored and recognized by some of the most prestigious groups in the design industry,” said Pamela Anderson, president and founder of Contemporary Pull. “The media has been particularly supportive of our hardware lines and we are constantly approached about what we plan to unveil next. We are just thrilled to be selected for the KBIS VIP media tour and look forward to the feedback we receive.”

The company’s incredible inaugural year began with its launch at the 2014 Architectural Digest Home Design Show (ADHDS) in New York followed by an outstanding showing at the 2014 Dwell on Design in Los Angeles. A great success from the Dwell on Design event was the signing of Bradco Kitchen and Design, located in Los Angeles, as the first West Coast showroom to feature Contemporary Pull product lines.

Contemporary Pull received an honorable mention at the 7th annual International Design Awards (IDA) in the Urban Sustainable Design category. It was the first time Contemporary Pull entered the competition and was recognized in a field of 102 international companies from 25 countries.

Noteworthy media outlets that featured Contemporary Pull in 2014 were Design Milk, Architecture Magazine, and Architect Toybox. The company also joined the inaugural edition of Ellie Sojourn sourcebook for industry professionals. Coverage on the pull lines has been consistent with a recent report stating: “This is the freshest new product seen in the design industry in years.”

The list of the company’s business design partners also saw expansion in 2014, with over a dozen new partners since July. The company experienced international attention as well including:  MCK+B (Manhattan Center For Kitchen and Bath), Hyland Custom Cabinetry, Big Picture Joinery, and Eggersmann Kitchens | Home Living, and Bradco Kitchen + Baths.

Rounding out a great year, the company had six U.S. and six European Design Patent Awards approved and granted to Contemporary Pull.

What does the company see trending in 2015? In January the company introduced three new luxurious warm metal colors: Gold, Copper and Modern Grey to all four anodized metal collections, Square One, Round Two, Eclipse and Nouveau.
