Canyon Creek Debuts Katana Frameless CabinetryMONROE, WA – Canyon Creek introduced its Katana frameless cabinetry line, designed to meet demand for a quality product, built in the U.S., that is priced for today’s challenging market. Katana cabinetry is value engineered without compromise to style and construction quality, and made to order in as little as four weeks.

Katana features 19 different door styles, including mitered and M&T wood door styles. The wood doors range from a variety of recessed panel options, and elegant raised panel doors, to a contemporary slab door. The mitered and M&T doors feature a variety of contrasting inner and outer edges. There’s also rout for glass and a selection of mullion grid doors.

The five painted door styles are made of one-piece MDF while others have solid maple frames with MDF center panels. The three thermofoil doors are in flat, recessed and raised panels styles, and are available in crème or white. The Thermo Structured Surface or TSS door style comes in five stylish colors. TSS is an innovative wood grain, textured melamine surface that has been thermally fused to a particleboard core.

Katana is available in five popular wood species—maple, cherry, alder, rustic alder and red oak—with maple the opening price point on most doors. There are 11 stain colors and the MDF doors are offered in a choice of five paint colors. Glazing is also offered in Katana in five different colors, from light vanilla to dark licorice.

Standard features include plywood dovetail drawers, full-extension, soft-close under mount guides, and integrated, six-way adjustable soft-close hinges. Katana also has a wide selection of mouldings and accessories that provides design flexibility in a competitively priced frameless line.
