'Clamping Made Easy' Inventor Develops Improved Clamp

PITTSBURGH - "It can be difficult to hold your workpiece in position while also operating the clamp itself.," said an inventor from Elk River, Minn. "Not wanting to risk dropping what I was working on, I came up with a modified clamp that is much easier to control."

He created a prototype for CLAMPING MADE EASY to offer a more convenient way to operate a clamp. The design frees the user's hands to hold the workpiece. The tool makes it easier to tighten and loosen the jaws. This saves time and effort, and eliminates hassles and frustrations. Furthermore, the clamp is designed for ease of use.

The original design was submitted to the Edina office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
