MENDOTA, IL - Black Bros. offers a machine rebuild program, updating electrical and safety systems and recalibrating. The equipment supplier also buys unwanted used roll coaters, adhesive spreaders and presses.

The program includes disassembly of the machine components down to the frame; sandblasting and repainting of the entire machine frame and other components; full recalibration for accurate and consistent coating weights of the roller bearing and gear box; bringing up of machine electrical system to current electrical codes; bringing up-to-date of all guarding, interlocks, safety decals and manuals; total reconditioning of all rollers through Black Bros. standard 24-point inspection program; a 30-point machine inspection before shipment back to the customer; and a 3 month limited factory warranty.

The company adds that machine reconditioning services can save the customer 40% off the cost of a new machine.
