Rob Henry, Chief Financial Officer

His contributions in building comprehensive structures, principles and practices have served as a benchmark for a team-based organizational system that is a leader in the industry.
In 2005, Mr. Henry was appointed Vice President of Finance. During his time at that post, his governance through the credit crisis that affected markets in both Canada and the US, along with his experience, financial oversight and strategic decisions supported the continued financial and operational success of the company.
Mr. Henry was appointed CFO of Flakeboard in 2011, and promoted to CFO of Arauco Wood Products after Arauco's acquisition of Flakeboard in 2012.
As CFO, Mr. Henry, together with his team, will continue to manage the financial functions and models that realize stakeholder and shareholder corporate objectives.

In 1995, he joined Flakeboard during the construction and start-up of the Sault Ste. Marie MDF facility and progressed through maintenance, logistics, HR, safety, and production roles. He became Plant Manager in 2002.
His role expanded to overseeing the manufacturing of multiple Flakeboard mills in 2007, until his most recent assumption of operations for all Arauco North American manufacturing facilities.
Mr. Rosso has a strong commitment to Safety, and previously held Board of Director positions with a local Hospital Foundation and Safe Communities Partnership. His service has been recognized by the province of Ontario as an Ambassador for leadership in Safety, and nominee for the Premier's award for colleges of Ontario, Canada.
Kevin Shotbolt, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Shotbolt began his sales career with Flakeboard in 1981 building its distribution network, playing integral roles in product development, managing industry leading TFL(melamine) and Fibrex® (high density fiberboard) programs, and assembling a high performing customer service team.
Fifteen years later, Mr. Shotbolt formed a sales organization to support the new MDF mill in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and plan a value-add strategy for the operation.
In 2006, when Flakeboard acquired the composite panel assets of Weyerhaeuser in the United States, he was charged with integrating the sales and marketing functions of these six additional mills into the Flakeboard operation and expand the value-add strategy across the US mills.
Russ Jordan, Vice President of Sales
In this role, Mr. Jordan will lead the North American business unit responsible for the sales and distribution of the product lines manufactured through Arauco's South American integrated operations. This business unit serves a broad and diverse customer base through industry leading products and services within the moulding and millwork, plywood and lumber sectors.
Mr. Jordan's professional history began with serving in various leadership roles as an aviator and commissioned officer in the US Army. Now in his tenth year with Arauco, he has held various sales and marketing leadership roles for Arauco's business operating within the North American market.
"This is a formidable group," says President, Kelly Shotbolt. "I am confident that our strategic intent to grow the North American business will be achieved.
