Marion, IN - JGBowers, Inc. (JGB) and its affiliated companies, including Advanced Cabinet Systems (ACS), hired Ramona Prochnow as their financial controller to oversee their finance departments. Prochnow started in mid-September at ACS’s 38th Street location. Her vast experience in manufacturing accounting contributed to the decision to employ Ramona.

Prochnow came to the companies with several impressive credentials. Ramona holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Ball State University in Muncie, IN as well as her CPA license. She is an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University’s College of Adult and Professional Studies where she teaches accounting. “We were impressed with Ramona’s credentials and memberships. We know she’s the right person for the job, and we’re excited to have someone with her expertise overseeing our finances,” says Whitney Bowers Pyle, Vice President. Not only has she served on the leadership cabinet for the Indiana CPA Society and as the treasurer and president for the American Society of Women Accountants, she is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the former president of the Institute of Management Accountants.
