Potomac Falls, VA – The Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) has released the spring 2015 edition of their official journal, Design Solutions Magazine. The publication offers in depth features and resources including a technical article and a Product Showcase.
A cornerstone article and technical article are published in each new issue of Design Solutions Magazine. This quarter's cornerstone article is called "How High is the Bar?" and discusses the standards woodworkers use to create quality projects. This issue's technical article is called "I signed up to be a woodworker" and explains the changing condition of architectural woodworkers as we move from the 20th to 21st century.
As always, you can still count on seeing the same beautiful examples of fine architectural woodwork manufactured by AWI Member Companies.
The spring 2015 issue features AWI member companies:
• Low Country Case & Millwork of Ladson, SC and their work on The Vendue Hotel in Charleston, SC.
• Acacia of Porter, TX and their work on 20 Greenway Plaza Remodel in Houston, TX.
• Montbleau & Associates of San Diego, CA and their work on Procopio, Cory, Hargraves & Savitch, Law Offices in San Diego, CA.
