LEICESTER, UK - idX Corporation, the Earth City, MO store display manufacturer, has expanded its operation in the U.K., adding the manufacturing capabilities previously provided by Rockingham Display.

idX's latest manufacturing expansion, located in Leicester, U.K., measures 30,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and offices. Some 30 former Rockingham Display employees will be hired.

John Pugh, managing director of Rockingham Display, becomes GM, working with Mark Fletcher, idX Director of International Operations (Europe).

The modern, centrally-located Leicester facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art woodworking equipment, and will also enhance idX's already extensive P.O.P. and cosmetics display capabilities.

"idX continues to pursue opportunities to serve our clients wherever they may expand," said idX Terry Schultz, president. idX is reported to have $275 million in revenues last year.

idX has been aggressively pursung acquisitions. Prior the Rockingham Display buy, idX purchased the assets of Create Cabinet Systems of Dayton, OH.
