Charlotte, NC– Bosch Rexroth says Paul Cooke will become Regional President Americas and President & CEO of Bosch Rexroth Corporation U.S., effective July 1, 2015.  He continues as Senior VP Sales within the Industrial Applications Business Unit at the company's global headquarters in Lohr, Germany until the end of June.

Bosch Rexroth makes drive and control technology used in wood manufacturing machinery.

Cooke (left) first joined Bosch Rexroth in 1982 and was most recently Senior VP Sales and Industry Sector Management for Machinery and Engineering. He received his Bachelor  Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

Cooke succeeds Berend Bracht (right), who is resigning for personal reasons.
