NAP Gladu is targeting dust buildup in CNC router cuts with its new AirPRO attachment, which sits directly above the cutting tool and removes chips and dust as material is cut.

A replacement for collet nuts on standard tool holders, the AirPRO dust-evacuating collet nut creates a powerful updraft to send dust directly into the exhaust hood on CNC routers.

By removing dust as it is created, the dust evacuating collet helps to keep excess material from piling up in nested cuts, on the table and on the floor. It also helps to extend tool life and reduce labor costs, says Dave Otten, regional sales manager at NAP Gladu. 

"Reduced clean up time increases profitability and a cleaner work environment is safer and healthier for your employees,” Otten says.

AirPRO works as a replacement for collet nuts on ER32, ER40 or SYOZ25 collet chucks. NAP Gladu will demonstrate AirPRO in Booth #5113at IWF 2014, along with new tools, software and material innovations from more than 850 exhibitors.
