The Custom Cabinets Sessions will feature the always-popular "Art of Pricing Profitability" seminar, this year presented by the Cabinet Makers Association expert speaker David Buchsbaum.
Buchsbaum, who owns and operates Beacon Custom Woodwork-Atlanta Closet & Storage Solutions - will lead this interactive double session, scheduled for 9:00-11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 14 at the Renaissance Convention Center near Chicago, in Schaumburg, IL. The Custom Cabinet Sessions are being held in conjunction with the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo running April 14-16.
Buchsbaum will help attendees understand how much their company costs to run, how to price their work, and how to make a profit on every single project they bid on.
Attendees will learn how to:
• Find hidden labor and overhead expenses;
• Consider depreciation of assets into their hourly rate;
• Calculate owner/operator value;
• Determine “true” hourly rate; and
• Develop a pricing program that makes them profitable.
The Art of Pricing Profitability is one of a half-dozen sessions in the Cabinets Conference sessions developed in partnership with CMA. Sessions are also eligible to earn CEU credits as part the Cabinet Makers Association Certification Program.
