The recovery in home buying has sparked a resurgence in home remodeling, as buyers prepare for sale or remodel after moving in. Also impacting the improvement in business: older homeowners who are refitting their homes to so they can "age in place." This is driving interest in new hardware and LED lighting on view on the show floor.
