WRIGHT CITY, OK - A former Weyerhaeuser industrial wood processing complex in Wright City, OK, and a Weyerhaeuser wood treating plant in DeQueen, AR, will be auctioned Sept. 14.

The Wright City site includes 806 acres including timberland along with rail and river frontage;  the DeQueen site, a former treating plant, includes 325 acres including timberland with rail frontage and some machinery.

On August 1, Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) completed the sale of its Northwest Hardwoods business to American Industrial Partners for approximately $108 million. Assets included in the Northwest Hardwoods  transaction were located in Tuscumbia, AL; Elkhart, IN; Grand Rapids and Lewiston, MI; Brainerd, MN; Coos Bay, Eugene and Garibaldi, OR; Titusville, PA; Arlington, Centralia and Longview, WA; and Dorchester and Onalaska, WI.

The Weyerhaueser industrial wood processing plant auctions will be conducted by John Dixon & Associates.
