ALEXANDER CITY, AL –Wellborn Forest, a kitchen cabinet manufacturing company, announced plans for a plant expansion to accommodate the demand for kitchen and bath cabinetry. The expansion is expected to be complete by February 2007 and will include a 26,000-square-foot expansion for a new paint room, which will consist of opposing spray booths and new curing ovens; a 2,300-square-foot training room/conference room; and a 10,000-square-foot corporate aircraft hanger.

Plans are currently under development for the next phase of expansion, which is expected to be complete within the next 2-1/2 years. The next phase will include a new distribution center and additional manufacturing areas to accommodate future growth.
